Goo FooD HaLL / Ueno Marui

Goo FooD HaLL opened on the 9th floor of Ueno Marui on December 7, 2018.
Based on the concept of “When you’re hungry, let’s eat,” the space was created as a casual gourmet food hall where guests can gather with friends and enjoy a dining experience inspired by glamping.
The shop façade was designed with the image of a trailer restaurant, while tandoor ovens, bamboo steamers, wood-fired grills, and other cooking equipment were incorporated into the space, allowing guests to experience the energy and atmosphere of the cooking process up close.
PICO INNOVATE was responsible for a wide range of services throughout the project, including shop concept development, naming, basic zoning and layout planning, interior design, color coordination, material planning, lighting planning, graphic design, kitchen planning, MEP design, health department applications, as well as overall project management and direction for the store opening.
