## Sukiyabashi Edowan

“Sukiyabashi Edowan,” a new restaurant concept by J-Project, is located in a prime location near the Sukiyabashi intersection in Ginza.

The layout was designed with the guest experience in mind, combining an open and dynamic dining space with a variety of seating arrangements to accommodate the demand for private dining.

The intricate lattice pattern featured on the walls was cut from single sheets using specially programmed, computer-controlled machinery. This production method enabled us to achieve the complex design with a shorter lead time and at a lower cost than conventional fabrication methods.

The combination of solid wood tables and **Edo Murasaki**, a traditional deep purple associated with Edo culture, creates a sophisticated and memorable atmosphere.
